Here are four simple steps to book your contact-free delivery
Step 1: Book your watercart via an email to [email protected], call or text 0448 892 837 with delivery address, delivery time/date required and the site contact. Include your purchase order number and any specific equipment you may require.
Step 2: You will receive a ‘Booking Confirmation’ email, with your rental agreement attached. Please sign and return the agreement or insert a digital signature. Once your signed agreement is received, your watercart will be on its way.
Step 3: The TWS HIRE tilt tray operator will deliver your watercart and accessories to the site, contact-free and notifies field staff that the watercart is available. Before leaving your site, TWS HIRE delivery staff will disinfect all contact areas of the vehicle.
Step 4: You will receive an ‘ON HIRE’ email confirming your delivery times. This email also includes links to ‘Safe Operation’ instruction videos as below.
This process allows us to provide contact-free delivery, while your operator still has access to comprehensive instructions for equipment operation.
